During her live she told me she offers bundle shipping. I bought multiple items because of that promise. I was still charged shipping on almost every item and received two separate packages — even though the small doorway jumper could have easily fit with the others.
After I left a review, she finally responded. Instead of fixing the issue, she blamed me, called me a liar, made excuses, and is still refusing to refund any shipping. She only cares about the bad review, not about actually helping customers.

I am not dishonest and keep my word on everything I say. I cannot refund shipping, especially shipping that you DID NOT PAY. The random packaging of my shipments had me a bit stressed and overwhelmed. Everything arrived thankfully. I did over pay on some of the popular items. Be careful not to overbid.
