I purchased this gold-filled chain because it looked great during the live show, but I was disappointed once I received it. As soon as I removed it from the packaging, I noticed the clasp assembly didn’t have the clean, finished appearance I expected from new jewelry. The jump ring is uneven with a very noticeable seam, and the clasp connection appears rough compared to what I would expect from a professionally finished piece. I went back and watched the replay and realized the clasp area wasn’t shown in close detail, so I couldn’t evaluate this before purchasing. The chain itself is attractive, but the workmanship around the clasp was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps future buyers know to inspect the hardware carefully upon arrival. While I was disappointed with the craftsmanship around the clasp, shipping was prompt and the item arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
