I already know the pets I ordered are as clean as humanly possible, and look even better in person than they did on screen. Ellie suffers from perfectionism and OCD, and it pains her to sell pets that are less than flawless. I love her for that. She’s the exact type of seller you want to support—one with super high standards. Ellie uses the anti-salesman approach: she tries to talk you out of a purchase. While other sellers may spin a flaw as cute or unique, Ellie straight up calls it what it is. I have so much respect for her, you have no idea.
