I was fortunate to win her buyers giveaway on my last purchase. When I received my items the buyers giveaway was a ceramic shell shaped item that had a large chunk out of it. When I brought it to her attention she stated most sellers only give stickers(which is not true). I thought she would apologize but she was very defensive. What a shame for her because I will never purchase anything from her and not give her a positive review for her rudeness. Wrapped perfectly.
