Reviews (293)I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
The main hits from my order arrived with whitening/condition issues that were never properly shown during the stream because only the fronts of the cards were visible. After receiving the cards, I immediately contacted the seller professionally and provided photo evidence.
The seller acknowledged the whitening and even asked what resolution I was requesting. After I proposed a reasonable partial refund, communication completely stopped and my follow-up messages were ignored.
I understand factory defects can happen in trading cards, especially in One Piece, and I never accused the seller of intentionally damaging the cards. My issue is with the lack of proper condition disclosure and the complete lack of support afterward.
Very disappointed with the customer service and overall resolution process. arrived on time and in good condition and thank you so much Fast shipping, good packaging but card didn’t come in a toploader. Very good vibes, fast shipping. I cannot wait until the next life happens. Hopefully they have another rip until you hit for chaos rising. I love the signatures on the top loader as well.
