Ordered a $80 card from streamer, they sent it in a PWE even though I paid for bubble mailer shipping and then was extremely rude to me when I asked why they would do that.
Completely and utterly unprofessional on every level, nobody ships $21+ sales not in a bubble mailer. Cards took 3 weeks to come in due to the incompetency of sending it in a PWE and when it arrived the card was damaged.
Seller proceeded to then message me 14 messages in a row explaining how it’s technically not against whatnot TOS to send things in a PWE, which it is.
Reported her to whatnot but truly cannot iterate enough how much I suggest you never purchase from here.
Don’t order anything that’s worth anyhow money bc she seller will penny pinch you into a PWE and then harass u
Ordered thousands of times from whatnot, never encountered such an unprofessional seller; from the packaging being unprotected and cheap to the nonstop messages.I'm sorry you waited 3 weeks to ask OR tell me that there was even an issue or anything that was going on, I had no idea it was happening. You spammed my live 6 times before I even went live that is why I messaged you immediately. Like any streamer once I drop off an item it is in USPS hands there is nothing I can do about that, I sent the card safe and toloaded and bagged, you ordered and have tracking that you need to use it lets you know whats going on. You never asked for a bubble mailer in the first place you said you were fine with PWE. Enjoy your card you still got and received. Super friendly seller with amazing packaging.
