Dress was as described and shipping time was adequate; however, the dress had a dark sticky substance all over it with some stuck together (syrup looking substance), had bad ring around the collar and sweat stains. I get selling used clothing, but very disgusting to receive soiled/dirty item in the mail. Used is ok, but dirty is not. Just gross. Looking back at the video I can now see the stain you have described and I apologize as I missed that I didn’t see it. I do state in my notes that items are thrifted and I recommend washing them. Otherwise the dress was wearable without holes it is a brand name dress which was purchased under 5 dlls. One of the reasons I can keep my prices so low is because I don’t wash them and I am transparent about this. There have been times where I have picked up items that are soiled and I just donate them it was unfortunate that I missed this particular dress. Sorry again and hope you return! The package was in a priority box with a ground advantage label, so the post office wrote postage due. They left it without me paying, so I’m not sure how that works.
