Bought some shoes and a cute winter teddy bear red flannel hat, spent more with paying shipping but overall still a great deal! I really enjoy the enthusiastic response from the gals here, they are kind and quick and pull nice things, tags on! I’m learning my size per brand, every brand is so different in sizing, $6.00 is a steal with tags on still, It’s a little big, but cute! I love what I received, besides it being 3 days late but it was trying to be delivered during 4th of July weekend. Love all the baby clothing I bought! 2 new grandsons! One arrived already the other is due in October!! Thanks!! Quick Delivery and item as purchased. The last thing I ever wanted to do is this, Leave a truthful bad review. Received my items on 06/24 and my dress had a hole in the front. Sent pictures that day. 6/25 I reached out again. Heard back from them 6/25 and was told they would send replacement. 6/26 I responded and I sent my size.
6/29 I reached out again inquiring about my replacement, no response. 07/01 I had to reach out again.
Heard back from them 07/01 and they said they would send my replacement tomorrow. 07/02 I inquired about my replacement. Never heard back.
07/04 I inquired about my replacement. They’ve had well over a week to let me know they couldn’t find me a replacement and if not send refund. Ultimately I wanted the dress. I bid on it so I could win it. They offered that they could replace it and I’ve yet to hear that it’s been sent to me. I won’t be shopping with this group anymore.
