I purchased on June 10, and the seller's profile indicated a 1-business-day handling time. A shipping label was created, but the package was not actually shipped for over a week. When I reached out after a week had gone by and no update, I was told the delay was because the seller had decided to take a vacation. There was no proactive communication regarding the delay, and I had to contact the seller myself for an update.
I appreciate that the item eventually arrived safely, but sellers should either honor their stated shipping times or clearly communicate delays to buyers. Better communication and more accurate handling expectations would have made for a much better experience.Sorry took a week vacation that wasn’t planned unfortunately.
