The Funko was fully shown on screen before you bid and purchased. Not only that, but a complete refund was given as soon as you voiced you were not happy with your purchase. As you stated a free protector was sent with the pop to protect it as much as possible. Hopefully you pay more attention with future purchases from who ever you buy. Hope you have a great day!
