Item is still pretty but there was supposed to be to be no shipping for first time buyers and I was charged shipping. Seller do answer all questions and was very friendly during show. We have an average one day ship time rating from Whatnot so I’m not sure what the delay was on USPS getting your box to you but it was shipped in a timely manner.
Whatnot does gives customers free shipping on their first purchase if they qualify. I clearly stated in my show notes that to qualify for free shipping from Whatnot you have to shop within 60 days of setting up your account with them. The free shipping is done on Whatnots end and I have no control over that so I would contact them.
