Before every shipment, I carefully inspect each bottle during my live stream to make sure there are no leaks. I also wrap every bottle securely with bubble wrap and take every possible precaution to prevent damage during shipping.
Unfortunately, some packages can be mishandled while in USPS transit, and that's something outside my control. However, I don't believe that warrants a 1-star review. I've been offering Tom Ford Ombre Leather for over 3 years, and honestly I've never received a complaint about it. In fact, most customers who have purchased this fragrance have been very happy with it.

I sprayed it and I am letting it macerate like the guy on the show said but in 2 weeks I'm gonna love it. It already smells amazing. Signature fragrance smells amazing loving it!! I smell so good now, it made me look handsome, and my wife kissed me!! It was a win 3 m magnet smells great, and will make you handsome if you ugly like me! Got my own signature scent today.
