Communication not good.also received bracelet that had already had tarnish spots on it right out of the package. Tried to message the seller about the size to see if I could send it back for a bigger one and even said if I couldn’t that’s fine I would just give it to my son. And I didn’t get a response back at all. I think they sold me a kids size bracelet it’s supposed to be a size 8 and it is too small. I have bought 8 inch bracelets from other sellers and have no problem with the fit. But communication would go a long way .
