I made multiple attempts to help resolve your issue and repeatedly asked for photos of the damage so I could properly assist you or file a claim. Unfortunately, those requests were never fulfilled, which limited what I could do on my end.
You also mentioned that I refused to help or went against platform guidelines. That’s not accurate. I follow all Whatnot policies closely, and I’m unable to provide replacements or compensation outside of those guidelines.
