Yes I am grateful for it but I would not have paid that much due to the condition.I respectfully disagree. Before purchasing, you requested close-up on multiple parts of the shoe many times, which were provided from multiple angles. The shoes were shown in detail, nothing was hidden, and the pair you received is the exact pair that was pictured. I’m also not sure where the star loss claim is coming from, as the stars were intact and clearly visible in the video receipt prior to purchase.
