I have personally used this blush for years, and it does not dry out. The video receipt clearly shows the item is still sealed.
Many sellers do remove items from their boxes for display purposes, and yours was sealed for integrity. You received your order promptly, just like other satisfied customers. Given all this, your comments feel disingenuous.
