An HONEST Review: I was excited to see Wagyu Beef sellers on WhatNot. I ordered 2 packages of their hyped up Beef Jerky, which took a bit longer than expected to be delivered, and was very disappointed when I read the ingredients: Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) and Sodium Nitrate. When sodium nitrate (often added for preservation and color) is heated, it can form cancer-causing compounds called nitrosamines. The World Health Organization categorizes these processed meats as probable carcinogens. This is counterproductive for quality meats let alone meat promoted as "Wagyu". With premium Ultra HIgh Quality Wagyu Beef, you never expect the meat to be over dried, tough, jaw muscle workouts for looks maxing nor find "flavor enhancers" and preservatives. After seeing this I feel less likely to attempt to order their actual Wagyu Steaks in fear they are posing as a premium wagyu raised cattle ranch, when they do not follow any traditional wagyu Beef raising & finishing. Organic NonGMO Wagyu? 😞 Great seller with great prices. I’ll be back! 🎹🎹🎹🎹 Received everything crazy fast!! Perfectly packaged , all was still very cold! I Only tried bacon thus far. OMG.. it’s so…good. Everything else looks Amazing. The Tomahawk is ENORMOUS! Bigger than looked on camera. I Can’t wait!
