We would love to take care of any issues or concerns! Any/All Carrier issues has to be dealt with USPS or Whatnot. Once package is scanned and is moving through transit I do not have any ability to figure out any issues on their side. Delays, package saying delivered but is not etc.. I can assist if a package hasn’t updated or saying hasn’t been scanned in. But once it scans in and moves through transit it is out of my control. Any further questions I’d be happy to assist.
