you NEVER had any issues with smell?! You have also purchased a large number of items from my shows to RESELL them all in your own shows. While I’m not necessarily a fan of people reselling my inventory, I chose not to make it an issue My items are priced affordably because they are secondhand and not advertised as PERFECT. I am very transparent as well I want people to actually be able to afford something on my LIVE such a sweet seller and i love my items! however, it had a smoky smell to the packaging and the clothes :( i understand that some clothes will have a subtle smell which is completely understandable but this scent was very strong. other than that, she had a very cute selection and was very communicative during mix ups!This is clearly stated in notes etc before you buy and in my bio — “PLEASE WASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING CLOTHING 🧼 as second-hand/vintage pieces,storage smell etc. buyers are advised to wash before wear for personal sanitation” most of the clothes I sell is from storage units thrifts, bales I don’t have time to wash everything etc please message me if you’re unhappy i would’ve been happy to resolve. LOVE EVERYTHING SUCH A SWEET SELLER 🥹🫶 love love love

smelling the clothes is unsanitary. Your order was shipped in under 48 hours, within Whatnot’s timeframe. I would’ve appreciated a private message to resolve this before a public review. From my perspective, this feels like an attempt to get a refund without valid cause. I aim to be fair and transparent with all buyers I was also blocked when this could’ve been resolved properly.
