Wonderful reseller if you’re not following Jackson you are missing out I recently purchased a Caravelle automatic watch for $72, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Right out of bag, the crown wouldn’t turn clockwise & came off, making it impossible to properly set or use the watch. For something advertised as functional, this is a major issue and completely defeats the purpose of buying it.
What’s even more frustrating is the seller’s response. After reaching out to explain the problem, they showed little to no willingness to make things right—no replacement, no refund, and no real effort to resolve the situation. That lack of accountability is honestly more disappointing than the defect itself.
I understand that issues can happen, especially with watches, but how a seller handles those issues matters. In this case, the product was faulty and the customer service was just as bad.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from this seller based on my experience.
