I wouldn't even have gave him one star but it made me I'm not happy at all, my koi was dead when it got here and it was missing the pleco I ordered so I didn't get anything that I'd purchased. and now says he's not refunding my money for the koi.Let make this very clear, if you took the time to read the show notes, it is very clear that if express shipping is not purchased, I would not replace or refund for fish that are DOA. Not only did I put it in my show notes, I also stated it during the show and advised to purchase express shipping to guarantee live fish. As far as the pleco goes, I told you I would do what I need to on my end to figure out what happened. He is huge! The stream for sure didn’t compare to his size! Love him!
