I purchased 2things, espresso beans which on live you could see & she stated the package was a little damaged but never mentioned how there's a big slit in the back of it & yes so basically it's opened😡 I received and they spilled out all in the packaging So straight in the garbage those went.. Then for the dog toothpaste & brush I go to grab those out of the box and it's covered in foundation my hand was covered in makeup .. It takes 2 minutes to slap a piece of tape over the slit and take some makeup wipes and wipe off the packaging of the toothpaste. This was horrible packaging, dirty , filthy items!!! Who sends stuff out like that ?? Did message the seller but the looks of other reviews she doesn't reply or handle any situations , So we will see how this is handled , I'm sure it's gonna just be a loss for me , but if not I will change my review until then my opinion shouldn't be selling if u have no care in the world Thank you, love everything!! Great product and love the store! everything covered in pink sand from sand art kit I waited months to clear this issue.I got documents to prove my point.I was over charge.She stated she was going contact Whatnot about it.I have not heard back from neither about my concerns or ask questions.I also wanted to add.The rug was stain ....look like dog hair, spill stain on it or something.She stated it was new but very dirty. I was not impress with this.The experience on her live was ok.However does not change what I receive from our conversation.She did not follow as she stated.This is my feedback.I waited months for this issue to be resolve and still not resolve.Have a great day I message this lady numerous about this issue.
