I just received my package and I just want to let you know that I received the shampoo and conditioner that I ordered, I was missing the pink perfume and the one that you sent me arrived broken, I'm sending you the video of how it arrived! Oh and you sent me an additional product that I never ordered!I apologize if your perfume arrived broken. I don't understand how that happened because I package everything very securely. I also apologize for sending you something that you didn't order. I got off of the numbers and the videos of the transaction. I have not had this issue with anyone else. You could have messaged me to resolve this instead of leaving a bad review. My reviews have been 5 stars this whole time since I started in August. I apologize again, and hope we can resolve this.
