I would love to resolve this issue for you. You sent me a picture of the pink slip that USPS sent you requiring additional postage. Did you take that slip to the post office? The last we spoke I provided you with the extra dollar that the post office needed, and you mentioned that you would go pick it up. I just want to make sure that all efforts were made by all parties. If the post office does not comply with you, I will gladly refund the order for you. I will admit, I have made plenty of mistakes with shipping before on this app, and I want to make sure that I take care of this! One of the best people on the app and has a really good heart.
