Thank you so much Very clean key wallet, Thank you purse #1 arrived in good condition. there was no issues with packaging or shipping whatsoever. the purse arrived with a few marks (like shown) which came off easily. i believe this one is legit as i found similar purses on the official coach website.
purse #2 was packaged securely and shipped quickly, however i believe it’s a counterfeit. i can’t find any similar purses anywhere (resale or official coach store), the material feels cheap, and the purse smells almost chemical. i did try to cancel but i assume my request got declined.

Seller is a big time scammer who systematically defrauds buyers by selling counterfeits and lying about their retail price to convince you to buy them. They somehow manage to forget to pack five items in an order of nine items but can find the time to put in a packing slip that shows exactly what they omitted from the package. Oh and they don’t bother to respond to messages to clear the confusion either. First I find out that the items I bought were counterfeit, and I’m like okay, it wasn’t that expensive (still way more than the counterfeits actually cost) but then I get the package and whooptidoo! The items are not even in the package! Have a wonderful day! 😁 Good coach purse Thankyou While i really wanted to rate highly, unfortunately the customer service has let them down - I understand the items are auctioned and there are no returns etc but they should be advertised accurately, give reassurance on authenticity and just want to help their customers. I messaged due ti queries of authenticity after receiving my order and then went into their live and just mentioned i’ve messaged if they could get back to me as i have an enquiry. He told me “I don’t deal with that, I don’t know when they’ll get back to you” So I asked if the bags they send are authentic and was ignored a few times. I hope i’m wrong but it’s a little suspect.
