I have ordered from you twice, and I have also won two of your giveaways. Unfortunately, both times I won, I never received the giveaway items.
I would have been perfectly happy just receiving the products I paid for, but it's disappointing to see giveaways advertised and winners announced without the prizes being sent. Whether the giveaway is free or not, if you say you're going to send something, you should follow through.
Because of these experiences, I've decided I won't be ordering from you again.
