I can’t control what happens after I mail it out. I check my messages daily and have never seen a text from stating this was an issue. Therefore I’m not able to try to fix whatever the problem is. Please go to the video receipt and send it to me. Also you said this has happened twice?? I’m confused on why I was unaware of this. We do not run our business that way.
