The energy is definitely effective. I only drank half my 40oz cup, and it kept me energized all day and into the evening.
My biggest drawbacks are the ingredients and taste. I was surprised to find artificial food dyes (Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, and Blue 1). I don't recall these being mentioned in the show notes, and I likely wouldn't have purchased them had I known. You can also definitely taste the powdered mix. It's not gritty, but it's noticeable.
If artificial food coloring isn't a concern for you, these may be a great fit. I'd love to see a dye-free version and different energy-strength options. Thank you for the freshie, it smells so clean.
