The face masks were labelled simply as “face masks” and were selected at random, which was clearly stated multiple times in the listing. You were welcome to ask about the ingredients prior to purchase, particularly as even the mask you mentioned you were expecting was not one where the ingredients had been confirmed.
I also did not receive any messages from you raising concerns before this complaint was made.
In addition, none of the masks supplied were of lower value, as they were all purchased at the same cost. Lovely products as described. Hi, items were listed as “item on screen” not as “Barbie’s” in the show notes it clearly stated “sold as seen”. I showed them on screen and If you didn’t agree that they are Barbie’s and you wanted actual Barbie’s then why did you bid on them?
