I’m giving my review for my other packages from my 2nd account since I can’t leave a review if I request a refund. Won a giveaway so I bought a box of 5 swim tops and 5 swim bottoms which I didn’t received. I won the bid for $1. Giveaway arrived but no box. Messaged the seller and seller’s response was “there was a packing mistake on their end” and told me to request my refund instead of offering a replacement for their mistake. I would gladly request a refund if it was lost during transit but it feels like they just didn’t want to send out the box I won for $1. This was my first time purchasing from this shop and my first time leaving a bad review for my disappointing experience. Truly a waste of my time waiting for my size, bidding, waiting for my items to arrive just to not even receive it. If the $1 bid was too low then the seller should not start it at $1. The least you can do is be accountable for your mistake. Won’t be coming back. If only I can give a 0star for accountability. Love my package 📦 Thank you so much.
