Card arrived minty and was well packaged 🙏 one of the best streamers on this app ‼️ bought a single Japanese gx card. it arrived in a envelope with zero protection. this card is now worthless since it looks more like a rainbow with the arch instead of being flat...... I am sorry to hear this has happened, first class mail is envelopes shipping but the item should have been taped to cardboard during shipping. If it was not please let me know Card showed delivered at 6:30AM a couple days after purchase, mail in my area doesn’t come that early. Waited until later in the day after mail comes to reach out to seller. Was referred to whatnots shipping expectation by the seller, which said 7-14 days. Waited the time frame while being assured by the seller that if my item didn’t arrive, they would hook me up. 14 days passed, no cards. Seller said to reach out to whatnot support who never responded to my multiple tickets over the last week. Days since seller responded to messages, overall really let down by this experience. Sorry to hear this happened to you but once the package is in the hands of USPS I have no control of it after that. And I did say I would hook you up if it never arrived. Appreciate the great trainer boss 🙏🏼 Amazing experience with this seller. Can’t say enough good things about the way he does business. Clean cards and fast shipping. I’ll be back for more!
