I stayed in direct communication throughout & shared documentation of my efforts, including USPS email correspondence. I submitted a service request, followed by a missing mail request, and then opened a formal investigation. I provided photo conf showing the package was shipped w/ a clear label. I reached out privately to you to offer help and discuss a resolution but did not receive a response. Once shipped, carrier issues are unfortunately outside my control, though I truly did everything possible to assist you. This was the most beautifully packaged plants that I have received from a seller. Well, insulated, hand wrapped and in wonderful condition when it arrived, I would highly recommend the seller, and I will definitely be purchasing more from her.

No reply to pics of plants dead so just rating and moving on. This review is disappointing, as no issues were communicated prior to it being posted. This order was shipped the next business day after Thanksgiving with cold-weather insulation and was conf delivered on Dec 5th. No message, photos, or support request regarding plant condition were received before or after delivery, and I was blocked immediately after this review was left, preventing any opportunity to resolve concerns. I take packaging, shipping timelines, and plant health seriously, as reflected in my overall seller history. Concerns must be reported directly to wn /me so I can resolve it. Wowzers this plant is gorgeous! Already planted and under a grow light, within 5 minutes of opening! Love love love plants!!!! Large sized too!

Our workspace is entirely smoke-free, and any scent may have come from the postal journey, not our nursery. If there were any issues, a quick message would have been the kind and respectful way to go.
