Messaged buyer and told her to put in refund request, which I would approve. Whatnot did not allow her to put in refund request (presumably because she has done too many times before). I was happy to refund but Whatnot did not even let her put the request in. Laura has amazing products! I am so lucky to have found her shows while she was cleaning up her closet.
