The video quality is surprisingly clear, making it easy to identify different birds and capture some amazing close-up moments. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I also wasn’t expecting something that feels like it came out of a 25-cent vending machine. The “AI glasses” are about as premium as a kids’ toy. No camera, the lenses are so thin and plastic-looking you can practically see through them sideways, and the whole frame feels like it’ll snap if you look at it too hard.
They scream “budget” the second you take them out of the box. The $199 price tag on the front of the box is ridiculous. If you’re looking for something that actually feels like quality eyewear, keep looking. These feel more like a proof of concept than a finished product.
