We did our best to show and disclose wear (including scuff marks) during the live and all bags were accurately listed in pre-loved condition in the bin during the entirety of the show, in looking back at the video I’m not sure what dispute you’re referring to. I apologize that you weren’t happy with the bag, we hoped starting the bid low at $20 and being transparent on condition would be fair ❤️ We will try to be more clear next time.
