Reviews (127)Extremely happy with my purchase. The bag was in superb condition just like the seller showed on live. My purse was also delivered way faster than I expected. I can’t wait to purchase from lisaspeaces again. The Coach makeup bag arrived in good condition, and I appreciate that the seller apologized and offered me the option to return the Coach purse for a refund. However, I was disappointed with how the Coach purse arrived. It was folded and did not have any bubble wrap or protective padding. It was wrapped in pink paper and placed in a plastic bag, which I feel contributed to the bag becoming misshapen.
What bothered me most was being told that I could have caused the damage myself. I know what condition the bag was in when I took it out of the package, and I immediately noticed the issue. I also don’t feel it is fair that Whatnot requires me to properly package the item in bubble wrap when returning it, especially when it wasn’t packaged that way when it was originally shipped to me.I appreciate the seller offering a refund and apologizing, but I would have preferred better packaging and for my concern about the damage to be taken seriously.
