Well, this was an experience.
I purchased based on what was being shown on screen and was surprised when a large portion of those items never made it into my order. Thinking it was simply a misunderstanding, I sent a message for clarification.
The response? A vacation photo.
Apparently there was enough time to send vacation pictures, but not enough time to explain what happened with the missing items. When I pointed that out, I was blocked. Nothing says “customer service” quite like blocking a paying customer for asking a reasonable question.
Mistakes happen. Misunderstandings happen. But communication and accountability matter. If you’re buying, make sure you get crystal-clear confirmation of exactly what you’re receiving, because asking questions afterward may not be welcomed. Awesome hats and bags! My kids love them and they will make great gifts! Great seller
