Reached out and they responded quickly. Was offered a refund but I declined because it’s not a huge deal. I just wish the items were checked before being sold. Would buy from them again. Can’t beat the price, especially with the popularity of physical media becoming more and more popular.
My vhs was in great condition and fast shipping! Very good, packaged well, fast shipping! Seller very kindly accepted a refund for a damaged tape. One of the protective flaps that covers the film strip was broken and I didn’t know how to fix it. Everything else appeared to be intact. The seller was very nice and
