Ordered a sweatshirt and it was 100% not as described. The pocket was ripped and it was covered in stains and substances not appropriate to mention. When trying to find a solution I was told there would be no refund because I only paid $5. Lowkey a slap in the face. As a business owner myself I would never let a client leave unhappy regardless of the amount rendered. My flabbers were gasted. I feel awful leaving this kind of review but I tried to be kind and reach out first to find a resolution as I can be a very understanding person. Once again I’m sorry your unhappy with the jacket the resell value is 100$ and I sold it for 5 there was flaws I did mention early on my live I’m sorry if you didn’t hear it, as for “substances not to mention” is not true at all I wash everything before I sell it. I did offer a resolution for anything for free in my next live and you left me on read. Thank you so much !!! My items came quickly, were in great condition & are so cute !! Got a really cute top & a hollister jacket for a steal. Definitely recommend <33 Packing was good came in good condition!
