Despite that confirmation, I was sent a cart bag instead.
When I reached out, instead of acknowledging the mistake, they claimed the response wasn’t for my order and told me I would need to pay to ship it back for a refund. That’s unacceptable given they explicitly acknowledged my selection.
If you’re going to acknowledge customer requests during a live sale, you need to stand by that. Passing the cost of your mistake onto the customer is not good business.
