The exterior box was bashed in and I could see my items before trying to even open the box. Thankfully all the items I ordered were there. I love shopping from this seller, she always has a variety of items. I was able to buy 2 puzzles, lacing cards, the cutest book and a special box that my grand daughter will use for a variety of play scenarios. All of the items looked brand new.
