Reviews (8)3 of the 5 items came broke. wrapped in a plastic bag/newspaper and not a lot. no bubble wrap. I wrote seller he apologized said get bubble wrap so it won't happen again. said 2x different times he would send me a replacement for my candy dish tree since he had an extra. I asked for tracking number, he said he'd get it for me that was on Friday of last week. it has been a week with no responses. I texted him 2x after for tracking. NOTHING. I told him I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, to do what he was going to honor. but not responding and letting me know anything, tells me what I need to know. I am a patient and understanding person but with no response or communication what am I suppose to think. mind you we follow each other so I know when he is on which has been everyday and still doesn't take the time to respond. if he just gave me tracking number like he said he was this could have been avoided. I told him I would be telling what has occurred. I am disappointed Great seller, great pricing! Highly recommend this new seller This product was only wrapped in two plastic grocery bags. Nothing else surrounding the products. Was shattered on arrival. You have to do a better job wrapping! Love the uranium glass and the etched bowl that I purchased. Everything arrived safely.
