For some reason she couldn’t leave a review. Anyways, we are both disappointed with the purchase of the purse. You said it had some wear to it. You purposely failed terribly to state in the call outs on the bag not not mentioning that the handless on the bag were terribly dry, with cracked glazing. The hardware was suppose to have been gold, however it was turning silver. Inside the bag was dirty. Looking at the video receipt you stated no call outs but miner wear. You were trying to run bag at $150 then you went to $115. With the horrendous condition of the bag it should have been ran at a $1. Just trying to be greedy on a quick deceiving sell. Very disappointing, & an unpleasant shopping experience. We will never shop again with you! You must be at all times very honest, & transparent with customers in order to keep them satisfied, & shopping with you!
