Thank you! Package arrived and 5 pens were missing. I messaged the seller and she told me she forgot to add them. I asked her to ship and send me tracking info. The seller didn’t respond. 2 days later I submitted a whatnot customer service request for the 5 pens. I then received a disgruntled message from the seller for submitting to whatnot. Poor customer service. Bummer! Amazing beads, Thank you so much, Thank you so much for my mixes they are wonderful as always ❤️ Thank you for my order they was really cute. But you didn't drill them as you said you would for me. Not mad though and I plan to order some more off you hopefully soon. Great variety of beautiful pens!
