There wasn’t any kind of support to insure cards wouldn’t bend in a way. I responded in a timely manner, apologized on my behalf. I am making sure this mistake doesn’t happen again by taking extra precautions. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience. Packaged came damage from transit, when I opened the package cards were all over the place cause seller didn’t seal the team bags, didn’t top load the inserts or chrome rookie cards and cards were damaged. Seller didn’t want to take accountability. So refund was requested. Then seller told me she was going to block me and bad mouth me in her streams.
I did take accountability, I responded as quickly as possible to the escalation. It’s not like he just communicated over messages with me. He already had submitted the escalation which I completely understand. I acknowledge the fact that I could’ve closed the team bags to prevent anything else from happening to the cards and he still kept going even after he was already provided his refund. And the way he submitted the escalation it’s like he was blaming me for the package also being damaged during transit. I apologized and acknowledged what I did wrong. He just wanted a refund.
