Reviews (2,496)always fast shipping always gets you right 👍 Sad. Shipping took forever, so I waited a month for nothing to ever arrive. Nothing ever arrived! Two different deliveries, from this seller. That’s so sad. Ordered 6 funkos and only shipped 2. Endless messaging and the seller kept on promising to send but never did. Waited 2 MONTHS for dispatch, only to get whatnot involved and get the refund.
Totally disappointed in the seller.
Hello just wanted to apologize. This was a costream and it’s partially our fault . We did respond though and we made sure that whatnot was able to take care of you on the refund. Whatnot does take time to reply to everyone. Just know this won’t happen in any future shows . Thank you for your honest feedback. Bought items in a rip/ship show. Always ripped. 1 rip was a rare (24 pc) item. Seller said they were going to cancel the order, they wanted it for their collection, I got it for a steal, that I should tip.
Seller claims to have shipped all items together. Received 1 tracking number. Box arrived - the rare item & 2 others were missing. Box was taped well & not crushed/damaged.
Contacted seller w/ photos of box inside/out. Immediately they asked for pics of the bottom of the box. I sent. Seller claims someone opened the box, took the items, & resealed during shipping bc a sticker was cut & taped.
I asked if insurance was on the package. They said no. Asked what the box weighed when dropped off. They didn’t know.
I called USPS. They said there WAS insurance on it and it weighed 4.15 lbs on intake. The box/items I received was exactly that weight. Confirming usps never received the box with the other 3 missing items in it.We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points:
• You mentioned in your review that the bottom of the box was cut and resealed — this indicates your order was unfortunately tampered with during transit.
• We do not collect the specific item in question and had no reason to withhold it. Everything from your order was shipped together in the same package.
• We immediately reviewed this with Whatnot to see what could be done on your behalf. Unfortunately, there was no insurance placed on this shipment, so a postal claim was not possible.
