Instead of replacing my damaged copy they state they are sold out and can only offer a refund, while reserved 9.8 quality inspected copies will be placed on WhatNot for auction at ridiculously high prices. As an Air Force veteran used to paying attention to detail regarding good Quality and Assurance, I find this lack of good business practices unacceptable. If a product is offered for sale in good condition and arrives damaged, and undamaged quality inspected replacement should be offered instead of price gouged on WhatNot.
