Good packing. Item arrived just as advertised. Great buy and great value like always Thanks for the great tool and the opportunity to get it at a good price. Really fast shipping item as described Was missing items from package. Reached out and finally got a response like a week later and they said sorry was very busy, and that they would get another item out to me right away cause they were so busy. Another week later it was escalated to WN to get refunded. Cant believe a paying customer they got shorted on their package has to wait for customer service because busy. I understand packaging issues happen but seriously 2 weeks to respond is a wii bit ridiculous. Never again as this was the second time with issues with zero responses or corrections to the sellers responsibility. Ill never buy here again.
