Reviews (324)I purchased a 5 oz silver slab which was a big purchase for me. I was really looking forward to it. I paid more than melt for it and was okay with that. However when I did finally received the item, the slab was broken in 2 places and had a crack across the front of the slab and nasty chip with on the bottom. The seller did not accurately describe the item’s condition nor mention any damage to the slab. It was very hard to see on the video as well because video is of low quality. I reached out to the seller and he initially agreed to do a partial reimbursement to cover the cost of reslabing with NGC. Then he stopped responding and backtracked on his resolution and told me to take the matter with whatnot directly. I was deeply disappointed considering this is a high value item and item was not as described. Now I’m left with a highly diminished in value item that is worth far less than what I paid for. Came delivered on a sled 🛷 loved it all!!
