There was zero bubble wrap, zero padding, the head case was only wrapped in one piece of brown paper and placed in the box. No fragile sticker on the box, no indication that there was glass inside or to handle with care. Sad customer as I have been collecting these vases. I am sorry that USPS damaged your item. It was wrapped securely in many layers of packing paper, I have not had issues shipping this way in the past.
